Flight Attendant Interview Training provides a 1-1, Face-2-Face, reality practice for your upcoming airline interview.

Work closely with a Professional Flight Attendant as they lead you through the exact process on how to engage with confidence and get your interview spot on.

What you'll work on:

Strategy
Rather than give you "cookie-cutter" answers to possible questions you may receive, we focus on the strategy airlines use behind the interview questions & the entire airline interview process for that matter. You can get asked the same thing in different ways, but once you understand the strategy, and utilize our interview tools, you can answer any question they throw at you without hesitation. This allows your unique personality to really shine and that's something airlines really want to see.

In our Flight Attendant Training, you will be taught how to recognize the purpose behind each question and will become an expert at the STARM tactic. You'll develop an understanding of the 5 Behavior Categories & Flight Attendant qualities and how to apply them & highlight them in your STARM stories.

In FA Interview Training we help you move that knowledge from the brain to the mouth. If you've ever learned a foreign language you'll know what we mean. When concepts are new we may have them eloquently formed in our minds, but when we move to speak it's another story entirely.

KSA Translations
We empower you with confidence by uncovering your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) you have acquired from your past experiences (both life and job related) and help you translate them to KSAs you will need to have as a qualified Flight Attendant.

STARM Tactic
STARM tactic (or STAR interview tactic) is behavioral-based interviewing = Situation, Task, Action, Result,....and Moral. With individualized coaching we help you develop & refine your STARM stories to include & highlight both behavior categories AND flight attendant qualities. When you can do this, it pretty much blows the recruiter away it is so impressive.

The feedback you will receive as we work together is invaluable. By the time you are finished with FA Interview Training, you will absolutely know your capabilities & contributions and have the confidence to speak about them. You'll have stories prepared for every type of question thrown at you, and you'll see how your unique experiences and background has a running application in the Flight Attendant career & airline you interview with - or in other words, your relevance.
